About these terms
These terms cover this website, ourcare.app, and how the free pilot works. Families who join the pilot read and agree to the full pilot terms in the app before they start.
Using this website
You're welcome to read this website, and to join the pilot's waitlist or sign up for news. Please don't try to disrupt the website or misuse the sign-up form.
The pilot
- It's free, and by invitation. We invite families from the waitlist a few at a time, so joining it doesn't guarantee a place.
- Each family gets its own private copy of Our Care.
- The pilot can end. If it does, we'll give you 30 days' notice, so you can download your records first.
What Our Care does
Our Care records doses and sends reminders for the medicines and care your midwife, GP or pharmacist has set. Their advice comes first.
Reminders
Reminders depend on your phone, its settings and its internet connection, so a reminder can arrive late or not at all. Please keep your usual checks in place alongside Our Care.
Your information
How we handle your information is set out in our privacy statement.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other New Zealand law. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Pilot families see any new pilot terms in the app before they apply.
